• Includes 4 membranes for adjustability with the amount of weight you are using

• #1 membrane – ultra soft stiffness (use less than or equal to 5oz in front of V-Box)
• #3 membrane – soft stiffness (use 3-8oz in front of V-Box)
• #5 membrane – medium stiffness (use less than or equal to 10oz in front of V-Box)
• #7 membrane – hard stiffness (use less than or equal to 10oz in front of V-Box)
